What next?

After completing and sending the reservation form, we will consider your request within 2 days during the summer season or within 7 days outside the season.

We will select a place for you ourselves, depending on the criteria specified in the reservation form, unless a specific plot number is indicated in it.

If we need more detailed information, we may send you an email or contact you by phone at the email address or phone number provided in the form.

We will send our decision regarding the acceptance of your reservation to the email address provided.

If the decision is positive, the email may also include a link to pay the deposit, with a specified payment deadline, or further instructions on how to proceed with the reservation.

If payment is not made on time, the reservation will be automatically canceled, unless a deposit was not requested.

Any changes to the reservation must be communicated by email.

On the day of your planned arrival, you can check in until 10:00 p.m. at the latest.

Failure to arrive on the day your reservation begins will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
